His journey from American Samoa to the United States, the struggle of living without his father, the pressure of staying in school with a slim-to-none income from his mother, and what he plans on doing with all that he grew up with.

He’s doing this for ALL THE POLYNESIANS OUT THERE.  Trying to make history because he’s tired of seeing us all end up in jail, gangs, drop outs, or just stereotyped as no good unless we’re in sports or the military (no negativity towards those who CHOSE to pursue those outlets).
